1806 Elizabeth Harding
baptised 13th april St Mary at Lambeth parents are Thomas and Jane Harding The baptismal font at St Mary's church, Lambeth, where Elizabeth would have had her baptism, I have seen described of that time as being of marble on an octagonal pillar, with a wooden cover and enclosure, and the inscription 'Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not, for such is the kingdom of God'. In 1851 this font was removed to the Holy Trinity church on Carlisle Street. The tower of St Mary's church had as much as eight bells.
Henry Green was baptised at the age of 10, in 1811, likely at this same church, according to the most viable theory, being therefore a son to Henry and Elizabeth Green
